    • Ethanol: Ziel 1.0-1.5 Promille, Loading 0.6/kg = 7.6 ml/kg 10 Vol%, Erhaltung 66-154 mg/kg/h = 0.83-1.93 ml/kg/h 10 Vol%
    • Fomepizol: Loading 15 mg/kg, Perfusor 1 mg/kg/h
  • Thiamin + Pyridoxin je 100 mg/d
  • Dialyse bei AKI / Metabolische Azidose / >0.5 ml/kg, intermitt. HD effektiver als SLEDD/CVVHD
