- Katheter 50 cm (Zone 1) / 40 cm (Zone 3) → Röntgen 2 radioopaque Bänder @ T4-L1 (Zone 1) / L2-L4 (Zone 3)
- Blocken mit 20 ml Mischung aus (20 ml NaCl + 10 ml KM)

Indikation
- PEA (<10 min) / Periarrest
- aufgrund nicht-komprimierbarer subdiaphragmaler Exsanguination
- Femoralgefäße sonografisch identifizierbar
- KI: V.a. Thorakale Aortendissektion
Zonen
- Zone 1: Linke A. subclavia bis Truncus coeliacus (ca. 20 cm in jungem Mann) / extern ≈ Xiphoid
- Zone 2: Truncus coeliacus bis kaudalste A. renalis (ca. 3 cm)
- Zone 3: Kaudalste A. renalis bis Bifurkation (ca. 10 cm) / extern ≈ Umbillicus
