• EKG
• Labor: BGA, Profil “Sepsis”, BK
• CT: cCT + NNH mit KM

Management

1. Kalkulierte ABx i.v.: Ampicillin+Sulbactam 3g q8h i.v. oder Ceftriaxon 2g q12h i.v. (bei intrakraniell, da liquorgängig)
2. Sofort HNO/Chir/MKG: OP-Indikation?
3. Symptomatisch: Antipyrese/Analgesie nach bedarf, abschwellende Nasentropfen/-spray (Xylometazolin 0.1% für Erwachsene, 0.05% für 2-6 J., 0.025 für <2 J.)
